Issue 2: Antivirus can also block the installation of any software. It may show some unknown error message and stop the installation process. You will not find any solution when you search in google in our database. Or notebook may shutdown while installing few softwares.

Cause: Some times Antivirus program does not allow the use to install few programs. If you try to install , notebook shuts down.

Solution: disable antivirus and install the software.
